The rooms are all double occupancy with varied bathroom configurations.

Every tenant pays the same; $3000 for LCC academic year starting August 25th 2008 - May 19th 2009. Rooms are available from August 1st 2008 to May 31st 2009. All rooms filled on first come first served & consecutive basis regardless of the amenities that come with the room.

Each room has:

• two beds, two writing desks & chairs, two mattresses

• wall-to-wall carpet

• 20" TV/DVD/CD combo

• 4.3 cubic ft refrigerator

What to bring:  Head phones, Personal effects, Toiletries, Pillow & Beddings for extra-long twin mattress, Bedside lamp & a Positive attitude!!

Optional: Microwave oven
