Contract procedures:

Please note that both student and parent/guardian are required to initial each paragraph of the contract, highlighted in yellow, to indicate that they read and understand each item, and sign the contract.

1. Parent/guardian accompanies student at the time of signing the contract:

There is no need to print out the contract ahead of time; we will do it at the time of signing the contract.

2. Parent/guardian will not accompany the student:

1. Print out, initial, and sign contract agreement with applicable fees, and mail or send with student. Contract will be finalized and a copy returned to the parent/guardian.

2.  Upon request, we will mail a contract to the parent/guardian for initials and signature. Parent/guardian mails or sends with student signed contract to Cardinal Hall with applicable fees.   Contract will be finalized and a copy returned to the parent/guardian by US mail.

3. The student will be able to move in on an agreed upon date when all monies are paid and the contract is signed by all parties and finalized.

3. Monies - Check, Money Order, Direct Deposit/ACH transaction, Credit Cards. NO CASH

   1. -  $15.00 key fee due at time of contract signing

   2. -  $300.00 security deposit due by November 1st 2008  unless paid ahead of time. 

   3. -  no less than $300.00 first installment of academic year rent on or before the start of the contract.
